The Big Story
🚨 Bridge Alert: Plan Ahead for Next Week If you commute across the bridge or were planning a beach day next week, mark your calendar. The Navarre Beach Bridge will have temporary lane closures for routine inspections.
When: Wednesday (Feb 18) & Thursday (Feb 19).
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
The Impact: Expect delays. If you can avoid crossing during the workday, do it.
What's New?
🏁 Start Your Engines: The Winter Nationals (Sprint Cars) was due to kick off on Friday night but it has been cancelled. Don’t worry you can still catch the Fried Bologna 150 Enduro & Open Practice on Saturday night. It’s loud, it’s fast, and the kids usually love the chaos. Open practice all divisions is between 2-5 PM and then the Enduro starts right after.
🥞 Pancakes for a Cause: The Holley Navarre Senior Center is hosting their monthly Pancake Breakfast this Saturday (Valentine’s Day) from 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM. Bring cash, every dollar earned goes directly to the center and supports their community events. It’s one of the best kept secrets in Navarre.
🏠 Market Watch: The median list price in Navarre just hovered around $440k for January. It’s officially a "Seller's Market" right now—meaning if you listed your house, you’d likely get multiple offers.
